Systemic racism is a complex issue, but IT leaders have a unique position to drive change. By collecting data on hiring, promotion, and retention, we can identify and dismantle biases within our systems. Promoting diverse voices and fostering an inclusive culture are crucial steps. Let's work together to create a more equitable IT environment for everyone.
