- Eligibility: The contest is open to all legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Relatives of ShopBlackCT volunteers and ShopBlackCT volunteers are not eligible to win. Only one entry form per person will be accepted.
- Sponsor: The contest is sponsored by ShopBlackCT.
- Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on June 4, 2021 and ending June 6, 2021. All online entries must be received by June 6, 2021.
- How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided above. The entry must fulfill all campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ShopBlackCT.
- Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of ShopBlackCT. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Winner must be able to pick up items Connecticut within 30 days of notification or an alternate Winner may be selected.
